iPhone 3G

Today Apple released it's second generation phone: the iPhone 3G. As the name sugests the main improvement is the 3G capability that is, according to Mr Steve Jobs, 36% faster than the competition.
It has a new shiny plastic back in either black or white, instead of the brush aluminium. It's so shiny that will hold your fingerprints in the same way the glass surface does on the old iPhone.

Heart Shaped Digital Photo Frame

NEC announced today that they are developing non rentangular TFT displays, starting with the prototype you see in the above picture: the heart shaped digital photo frame.
Recently other LCD manufacturers introduced simple shape non rentangular displays, like circles, rounded corners rectangles, elipses and so, but none of them were as complex as the heart shaped display from NEC.
